Jessica Bruce, LPC

Jessica is the Coordinator of Outreach for the Counseling Center. A Licensed Personal Counselor in the state of Georgia, she also provides therapy at the Counseling Center. Jessica enjoys working with college students, young adults, adults, and couples. Her interests include emotional dysregulation, women's issues, major life transitions, relationship conflict, issues impacting the African-American community and the diaspora, anxiety, depression, identity formation, support for the LGBTQIA+ community, and boundary setting. Jessica has adopted the notion that everyone can’t and shouldn’t be painted with the same brush and works to support clients on their unique journeys. Jessica enjoys movies (mainly horror films - she is a self-proclaimed movie buff), baking, although not always successfully and trying new restaurants in the city! She hopes to become a plant mom in the near future.
