Angela Hammond is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has occupied the role of therapist at the Counseling Center’s Atlanta Campus since 2014. Angela is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) and has a passion for mentoring and guiding therapists on their journey to licensure. Angela appreciates diverse perspectives and experiences and enjoys working with BIPOC individuals (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Her areas of clinical support include emotional regulation, navigating life transitions, and nurturing healthy relationships. Central to Angela's therapeutic philosophy is the principle of meeting individuals where they are on their journey to healing. She considers empowering others to identify their intrinsic strengths essential to creating positive change and holistic well-being.
Angela enjoys international travel, tap dancing, and live concerts.
